Cancellation and Booking Policy

Your £5 per-person studio fee reserves your place and covers your studio time, paints and materials, glazing, and kiln firing. Pottery is chosen and paid for separately during your visit.

Changing or cancelling your booking

• If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, you may move your booking to another available date or receive a refund of your studio fee.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the studio fee is non-refundable because we may be unable to refill your reserved places.
• Bookings may be moved once. Any further changes will be treated as a cancellation.
• If you do not attend your booking, the studio fee will not be refunded or transferred.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if the number of painters in your booking changes.

Late arrivals

Sessions run at fixed times. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may still need to finish at the original scheduled time.

If we need to cancel

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your session, you can choose another available date or receive a full refund of your studio fee.
